On-site Mill
Roofco’s Surelok is a concealed fix system that can be produced on site to handle longer than transportable sheet lengths.
Having produced lengths of up to 80 meters in a single sheet, the profile has proven itself over a decade of use in South Africa’s unpredictable climate and is proven to withstand our harsh change in conditions. Using our 1.2mm solid steel clip, wind ratings of 196 km/h have been achieved as tested by the SABS.

Resol — Premium Polycarbonate Roofing
Resol polycarbonate sheeting is produced from an engineering and extrusion grade virgin SABIC material produced in our factory.
Most commonly used for the natural light properties, due to its transparent yet durable nature. Polycarbonate sheeting is 250x stronger than glass — the same grade used on aircraft windows, windscreens, riot shields and machine guards.

Cold Formed Sections
Roofco now offers galvanized and hot rolled steel purlins for purpose-made structures. With in-house slitting and recoiling we are able to produce lipped channels of virtually any size on our fully automated purlin lines.
Coloursure & SureAZ
Designed specifically for the Southern African climate, Coloursure is a premium coated and prepainted steel sheet for medium to high end industrial and residential developments where longevity and performance are key requirements. Coloursure has been tested in South Africa’s climate for an excess of over 10 years, showing its superior colour retention and corrosion resistance.
Coloursure is coated with a formulated aluminium and zinc coating that ensures corrosion resistance in moderate coastal areas. All materials carry a minimum of AZ150 (150 grams/m²) of SureAZ coating for use up to 1000 meters from breaking surf. For 200–1000 meters from breaking surf, AZ200 premium sheeting is required.
Warranty: Coloursure and SureAZ are warrantied for periods of up to 15 years on application, with environmental conditions and proximity to moisture taken into consideration on warranty issuance.
Availability: SureAZ appears in matte silver in its natural form and is available in thicknesses of 0.47mm and 0.53mm. Coloursure is available in a range of colours from traditional to modern applications, at the same thickness range.

SureAZ and Coloursure are salt spray tested per the SANS/ISO 9227:2014 specification to understand their performance relative to market requirements.
